medical outreach to test and treat waterborne diseases and public education on safe water, food handling and preservation.

MARCH
Mass education on water treatment and conservation.

APRIL
Importance of irrigation Agriculture to food security and economic empowerment.

MAY
Schools tour in target  local communities to sensitize students on our vision and mission for social interaction and  effective strategies to get them involved in advancing our noble cause.

JUNE
medical outreach and public education on personal hygiene (water and food)

JULY
Distribution of improved seedlings to farmers in target local communities to advance food Sustenance and zero hunger agenda.

AUGUST
Mass education on environmental protection and nature conservation: effects of deforestation, water pollution, excessive use of herbicide, open defecation.

SEPTEMBER
Schools tour to sensitize students on safe water and food Sustenance in target local communities.

OCTOBER
Distribution of water treatment equipment and chemicals to rural dwellers to mitigate water borne diseases and encourage the consumption of safe water.

NOVEMBER
Integrated water projects in the most underserved identified communities.

DECEMBER
Distribution of food to the needy in target local communities.

COHSWAFS FOOD SECURITY PROJECT

We are delighted to embark on our first food security project to help the people of Bomo community to meet their nutritional needs at a moderate cost with the help of people who care about a better living conditions of the most vulnerable persons in local communities and the world at large. As we embark on this maiden project, we hope to sustain it. To be able to do so we call on all the proponents of humanism to come to our aid to enable us achieve the common good which we all owe to the most vulnerable humans in the light of humanity. BOMO COMMUNITY GETS HYBRID SEEDS FROM COHSWAFS VIA NPIC

We paid a visit to the peaceful and hard working people of Bomo community in Zaria Kaduna state to deliver hybrid 🌽 seeds that are genetically modified to withstand unfavorable whether conditions and also guarantee high yield. The seeds are tailor made to mature early and resist pests to eliminate the use of pesticides. We also dialogued  and addressed other important issues. This initiative is supported by Non profit industrial complex NPIC #foodsecurity  #NPIC
